Good pay, managers treat employees,well and understanding if you have personal issues that interfere with your ability. For example, a parent hospitalized with terminal illness. You can advance your career and become,a Sr. or Executive Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, without have to leave Field Sales.
Cons
This is not really, really an AstraZeneca specific but applies to all outside Sales Positions. You need to understand when you become a sales rep that the constant in and out in severely cold and extremely warm weather does get old as you age! I started at 38 years old and retired at 57.
