It's like one big chaotic circus in there. Speaking of their expectations – totally out of touch with reality. They pile on the work, expecting miracles from people. Overtime? Yeah, that's practically the norm (also during weekends & holidays), which is seriously exhausting. The team vibe is pretty dismal. People are burnt out and clueless, and the management? They sweep problems under the rug, offering zero support. They paint a nice picture but in the real world, they don't know what they're doing. Discrimination against people who do not speak polish.
