Pros
Flexibility to often set schedule except for meetings, teleconference etc.
Cons
Worked for a very " dirty" manager who was extremely unethical and kept people who were in his " inner circle". Very unprofessional and unethical team worked in. Not all were like this though and was just unfortunate one that was hired within.
