Pros
Great co-workers, late hours (2nd shift style), being able to wear jeans to work.
Cons
No sick time--none at all. If you get sick and call in, you have to accept an "occurrence" on your attendance record. You can have 7 before being fired. I never got past 2, but they still breathe down your neck about it. Also, some of the supervisors are so completely incompetent that I have to wonder how they got promoted. Most of the senior CSRs on the floor are more helpful and knowledgeable.
