- lovely working environment - Salary is decent for the job role
Cons
- Bonus structure is difficult to reach, it's been updated so that you don't get it. -They sell you dreams during your first couple of weeks about how easy it easy to get promoted. Yet again it's quiet difficult because it does not matter whether your good at ur job which is being a customer service representative. It all depends on your statistics.
