Pros
- Being a part of a smaller region and a part of a lean team gives you a great exposure within your own function and business in general. - Working with bright, like minded people. We are all working towards the same business goal, there is not much politics here - Ability to move/work in your areas of interest. Asurion supports you if you want to move to a different role or want to be involved in particular projects - i love this flexibility.
Cons
- Being used to working in Central London, Chiswick feels different. Location for me personally is the only downside.
