Cons
Unethical management who only care about their results and not about their employees. Had a 10 year employee be forced to quit because he was being scheduled for 60+ hours a week with no days off. Was also told to lie to a customer, saying we found water damage in a phone where we did not, and was told not to clock in for travel to assist other stores despite that being a prime example of time fraud. Mandatory engagement in a chat channel every 30 minutes, regardless of whether you are working with a customer or doing a repair 2 calls a day where no relevant information is released, where one of the calls was in the afternoon when techs would be working with customers. both calls were mandatory and cost me sales on several instances because of having to leave Promised incentives that were never delivered. My paycheck was regularly off because the company would promise a certain dollar amount for sales, then not deliver on that promise.
