Pros
Mostly friendly people. Challenging and changing landscape. Overtime/VTO available. Decent benefits. Good food and snacks. Opportunities for advancement and room for growth.
Cons
Pay could be vastly improved. No work/life balance. Micromanaged to the Nth level by people who know even less than you. Strict attendance policy. Company is only concerned with filling up seats to take calls, regardless of the rep's technical/customer service ptoficiency nor whether the customer's issue is taken care of nor their private information is protected.
