Yearly raises are a joke, everyone is rated the same unless you are some super genius then your still not getting the highest raise.
If you don't try and brown nose and take on multiple projects and beg for more work, they try and push you out or recommend you to a differnt department or step down to a basic tech.
They will change job duties and job pay structures without any remorse. They will tell u "Thats the way the company is heading, either get on board or find another job" no care is giving and they will leave stores bare and over work the current employees to cover for months while trying to hire replacements.
Expectations are lightly set when a new higher is going through training, everything is ok if u you don't know how to fix phones we will teach u but after this virtual training your tossed into a store to work by yourself because of limited instore staff. Oh yeah you will have to sell our home protection but it's OK if you don't have a sales background it's not high pressure just offer it, until you get on messaging and get no sales because customers are ghosting you and now your getting coached and have to be on calls daily because u haven't made your sales goal yet.
