An absolute scam! You make $20 at first then after about 3 months you go to something they call pay per experience. If you made $20 a call wouldn’t be so bad right? WRONG! Ur on the phone w customers for 1-2 sometimes 2 1/2 hrs and the pay switches to about $4 and some change and u have to bully ppl into buying this $25 a month All inclusive electronic warranty. You’d get reprimanded for not offering to the elderly on social security, even if someone was calling from the hospital talking about how to they’re phone won’t allow them to make calls / texts so they can notify their family members that they’re in the hospital, U HAVE TO OFFER THEM A $25 warranty and bully them into buying it. The worst company to ever work for you’d be better off working at McDonald’s. You go from making $21 an hr to $4.50 because you’ll make $10 in these “sales” AKA bullying ppl into buying an electronic warranty program they don’t want

Pros

Training provided, tools and knowledge that help in various aspects, great intro to tech support or engineering.

Cons

Either you are overworked because the store is understaffed or not enough hours because too many part time people. Pay remains low even after years of experience, conditions for drivers doing mobile repairs can be sketchy, drivers during summer can get really hard, busy days can lead to 9-10 hours driving, a big push to be more sales focuses instead of tech repair focused. If there is already a manager; there’s not really a path to go from technician to manager or technician to corporate opportunities.
