Pros
Remote work. I used to love helping customers before we got forced to sale them Home Protection. If 9% of AT&T customers don't sign up for HTP, then you will be needing Glassdoor in two weeks or less. Outside of being fully remote, I can't think of another pro.
Cons
Too many to list. Won prizes that never existed. They clock you out behind your back when you must restart your computer and/or are having technical difficulties. I make the same wage 1.5 years in that is the starting wage, so I make the same as someone that started yesterday. They pay one person to be on the phone, and about five or six people to tell you "Atta Boy" if you make a sale. Have to sale to almost 9% of customers or you will be fired. Impossible to build up PTO. I have had to work every single holiday & or your off days around it.
