Horrible company - Store Director At Home Employee Review

Running a big box store with less payroll than a small Mall store. It is impossible to compete all the task they pile on, process the 4 times a week semi truck of shipment, change every end cap, table and vignette as they sell through. Averaging 100k a week with 3 people in the store is insane. Customers are furious when they can't find anone to help them, no way for them to know it's a self help store. Worst experience of my life. Entire team is in constant pain from all the physical labor with no rest. Turn over rate is the highest I've seen anywhere. CEO says one thing but store level is told the opposite. No clear direction, emails and conf calls completely contradict each other. You never know own if your doing the right thing, ask 3 people and you get 3 different answers.
