      None...Stay Away Only PRO was leaving this place, some of the associates were very pleasant to work with

      Cons

      product is junk, freight and trucks comes in with mold, foreign insects, hazardous obstacles which is going to eventually cause an associate to be seriously injured or killed. DM's and Regional managers are a joke. No contact with HR as an associate. No phone # to contact, only an email where you will never get a response back.

      Pros

      Great Customers and coworkers. The products we affordable and great quality and I loved doing the visual Merchandising changes for the wall decor and home organizations. We really had a great team we provided great customer service and the local real estate loved coming in for assistance

      Cons

      The miscommunication between the upper management and the store level management wavered. We went over 8 months without a Store Director. High labor demands and lack of support led to a high turnover rate and a toxic work environment. Pay isn't commensurate with responsibilities.
