Pros

Overall the people are nice with great experience. Decent discount and benefits. They used to do nice things for corporate team - food trucks, etc. but the frequency became less and less over time. Gym on premises, free fitness classes offered.

Cons

Management expects many corporate associates to work 7 days a week. Not unusual to get emails and texts over the weekend or on vacation with the expectation they are answered immediately. Having a meeting scheduled for 5:00 or 6:00 pm is very common. Company lacks the proper staffing to allow any work/life balance for many salaried roles. It prevents many employees from having appropriate family time at home. No security on premises in evening when people are walking out to car alone. Very crowded work spaces with multiple people in one small closed in office.

Pros

Great Customers and coworkers. The products we affordable and great quality and I loved doing the visual Merchandising changes for the wall decor and home organizations. We really had a great team we provided great customer service and the local real estate loved coming in for assistance

Cons

The miscommunication between the upper management and the store level management wavered. We went over 8 months without a Store Director. High labor demands and lack of support led to a high turnover rate and a toxic work environment. Pay isn't commensurate with responsibilities.
