      Pros

      Fun environment to work in because of the people I worked with and the fact that they didn't care what we did. We fooled around more than we actually worked, like playing hide and seek. etc

      Cons

      They laid us off without but a few days notice..The only way we knew we were getting laid off was by a manager that knew he was getting laid off as well so he let us in. No structure of management.

      Pros

      Great Customers and coworkers. The products we affordable and great quality and I loved doing the visual Merchandising changes for the wall decor and home organizations. We really had a great team we provided great customer service and the local real estate loved coming in for assistance

      Cons

      The miscommunication between the upper management and the store level management wavered. We went over 8 months without a Store Director. High labor demands and lack of support led to a high turnover rate and a toxic work environment. Pay isn't commensurate with responsibilities.
