Pros

Work is simple for the most part and great if you enjoy working alone without too much interaction.

Cons

The location I work at is very understaffed due to poor management, so the workload each of us have to do is that of two or three people, so there have been times where we had to come earlier or stay later, or both. It was inconvenient since we're people that have lives outside of work. There were a few weeks where temporary people were brought in and they were being paid more than us. Our wage was $10/hour, while theirs was $12/hour when they were making our job harder because of the mistakes they were making. I'm not blaming them, it's hard to get used to a workplace in one day, but if actually associates were hired, they would have more than a few days to learn.

Pros

Great Customers and coworkers. The products we affordable and great quality and I loved doing the visual Merchandising changes for the wall decor and home organizations. We really had a great team we provided great customer service and the local real estate loved coming in for assistance

Cons

The miscommunication between the upper management and the store level management wavered. We went over 8 months without a Store Director. High labor demands and lack of support led to a high turnover rate and a toxic work environment. Pay isn't commensurate with responsibilities.
