Pros
The 25% discount, off on weekends, the Co workers are great and some managers are great. Pay is decent.
Cons
No room for growth. Management is saturated. No increases in pay and everyone get paid the same. If you show you are a hard worker managers take advantage of that and shove a lot of work on you even their work leaving the next worker to come in something simple to do like redline. Management have favorites that they let do and say what they want but want to lay the rules down to everyone else.
