Pros

Many social events through out the year and in some of them we dress up completly crazy. Local and short decision process where every individual have to take responsibility.

Cons

Information sharing should be better so we can learn more from colleagues located in different offices. There are several different projects addressing this which will improve information sharing significantly.

Good work-life balance, very helpful and friendly colleagues. Also, has a strong market presence and long-term customer relationships, it provides growth oppurtunity within the IT industry.

Cons

Atea relies heavily on IT infrastructure, hardware, and related services only in the Nordic and Baltic markets.
