Pros

If you are good and have "drive" you can make it to any position within the company. A major part of all employees tries to to whats best for the customer. Not to much focus on billable hours, its what you contribute with that counts the most. When people are hired its for the long term.

Cons

Its quite a slow ferry to turn in different directions. Short-sighted sales is rewarded. Its like the middle-class of tech companies - it does not contain the best in the business but stands for stability and reassurance.

Good work-life balance, very helpful and friendly colleagues. Also, has a strong market presence and long-term customer relationships, it provides growth oppurtunity within the IT industry.

Cons

Atea relies heavily on IT infrastructure, hardware, and related services only in the Nordic and Baltic markets.
