Pros

- Comprehensive and paid training - Trainers are knowledgeable and approachable. - They provide a Macbook Air M1 for individuals who pass training. - Full support during the beginning of your career (access to reach out to tenured employees and they will match you with an EA Coach who will provide guidance during the first few weeks). - They carefully evaluate the EAs' personality, work background, and training results when matching with a client (they seek long-term relationships).

Cons

- Fixed graveyard shift - Low income (knowing how much each client pays for their plan and knowing how much an EA in the United States earns)

Pros

Pay was good, simple and fast sale, Tons of inbound. Too good to be true…

Cons

Little training or organization. As a new hire was able to do really well in a short period of time but was part of mass lay off 6 days before Christmas. Layoff was handled terribly. Still waiting to get reimbursed for shipping cost for returning company equipment. I regret applying here and it really screwed up my life. The leadership is both incompetent and cruel.
