Pros

Athena is an advocate for work-life balance, both for its clients and employees. EAs are set-up for success through in-depth training and provides support even after client-matching.

Cons

The biggest challenge for me is graveyard shift but this is inevitable since clients are based in the US/UK. All EAs are made aware of the possible schedule from the on-set, even during recruitment.

Pros

Pay was good, simple and fast sale, Tons of inbound. Too good to be true…

Cons

Little training or organization. As a new hire was able to do really well in a short period of time but was part of mass lay off 6 days before Christmas. Layoff was handled terribly. Still waiting to get reimbursed for shipping cost for returning company equipment. I regret applying here and it really screwed up my life. The leadership is both incompetent and cruel.
