Pros

The benefits are okay. That's the only pro I can think of.

Cons

The work hours are not fair. We are told to set our work hours based on our personal activities but this is not respected as meetings will be set outside of our normal shifts without OT pay or offset. We are severely understaffed and people are deputized. You get minus points if you do not respond even on your rest time. Management likes running skip levels and FGDs but there are no changes at all. It's as if they want to make you feel heard.

Pros

Pay was good, simple and fast sale, Tons of inbound. Too good to be true…

Cons

Little training or organization. As a new hire was able to do really well in a short period of time but was part of mass lay off 6 days before Christmas. Layoff was handled terribly. Still waiting to get reimbursed for shipping cost for returning company equipment. I regret applying here and it really screwed up my life. The leadership is both incompetent and cruel.
