Pros
Nice physical location Average amenities (workout room, cafeteria, outdoor walking space) Variety of work Great direct supervisor
Cons
Culture is cold, toxic and very unhealthy. This job caused me to have health issues that I am still recovering from. Work/life balance is non-existent in some areas, and you are constantly having to chose between work and your family. Leadership is not on the same page strategically. Company is essentially run by largest investor, so culture is that of a private equity group or hedge fund. Some individuals are in leadership roles only because they've stuck it out long enough, but most are not willing to hear new ideas or ways of doing things. If you are interviewing for a job there, or are thinking about it, Google "Jim Belardi" first and read the Bloomberg article and decide if those are the kind of values you admire in a CEO (who is still there, and leadership never addressed the article with employees - who ARE talking about it).
