They have a gym , but it's only for full time employees. Contractors are excluded. So much for "inclusion"-
They have a cafeteria, but just in case someone decides to order coffee at the checkout, you are left waiting for 10 minutes straight . Dumbness maximized.
Now they have a digital order taking process.
Some of the ladies at the café are truly discriminatory and act in ways you definitely know are filled with prejudice. For ex:- They'll address a white person with "Hi , Hello", but if you are "black or brown", they let you know with their actions you are not welcome here even though you could actually be a project manager or a developer lead for the company. smh.
Company recently merged with Apollo which is public news , but turns out their stock shares just plummeted few months ago. Will see how that plays out, but at the moment it's quite sad.
All these companies say they are for equality and anti-hatred, but it's just in name. There is clear class system within various departments and they talk to you as such if you are not of a "certain class" . Then again it's just psychopath behavior. All the niceness is just on the outside. Inside, these people are to be stayed away from.
