Pros
This company values it's employees. They believe in a simple philosophy; treat your employees right and they will treat the clients right. In turn, the clients will want to stay with the company. It sounds so simple, yet I've never worked for a company that actually "practice what they preach". From non stop food parties to onsite exercise classes and stretch breaks, to massages for all of the staff- the list could go on and on. Not to mention all that is donated to charity! I am lucky to work in such a supportive and giving environment. Very rare in this line of business!
Cons
None that I can really think of at this time. Everyone is super supportive. And, upper management actually wants to hear feedback and ideas on how to continue our trend of being one of the best companies in the bay to work for.
