      Pros

      Working for a family owned company means you are treated like family! No matter who you call in the company they are happy to help and answer the phone, which makes working and learning at home feel almost like in the office. From interviewing to onboarding, training and beyond the people are amazing!

      Cons

      Can have very busy times, ebbs and flows, but to be expected at any job. Speak up and don't suffer, ask for help and your team will show up.

      The company has a lot of programs and claims so you will always be needed

      In my experience, workloads were difficult to manage, and staffing levels did not always keep pace with claim volume. Communication from management could be inconsistent, and I felt that employee concerns about training and support were not always addressed effectively. This created a stressful work environment and made it challenging to maintain work-life balance.
