This company is great, they are advanced in technology department, The onboarding process was so smooth it was unbelievable. The workload and demands are in line with the industry, but what sets Athens apart is they allow the assistances to act like true assistances. They provide the training that everyone needs to succeed so, everyone can depend on each other. Anyone who has been in the industry for over 10 years understands that most companies now are just numbers driven, micromanaged you to death, Athens is like the perfect balance between old school claims handling and new school demands of the industry with reports and numbers. I love it here. I am so happy with my choice.
