Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

My location expected extreme workload with almost zero training for the role and compensation that was almost unlivable. Every day I left feeling drained and unappreciated and was barely able to pay my basic bills even with 40+ hour work weeks. Extremely mismanaged and a terrible support system for new employees. I was set up to fail.
