Despite all propaganda, staff always comes fifth. If you really need the money... avoid the disappointment and buy yourself some shares instead. At least still pays decent dividends and as far as management is concerned, only way you'll ever going to be valued.

A frenetic corporate musical chairs game Culture - Big mismatch between publicised business values and prevalent internal culture Training/development - an illusion kept for appearances sake, with the single purpose of softening the true churn and burn model Diversity - keeping with the great racial exceptionalism tradition (perhaps styled after East India Trading Co.), the right genetics (sometimes just passport might do) really gives the best managers... apparently.
