Pros
Well I cannot see any best reason why should anyone work for this pathetic organization which doesn't value their employees
Cons
1. No recruitment stratergy / No manpower planning 2. Very biased approach ( for eg: their some managers, leads and Senior leads who don't know how to use a basic Microsoft i.e Excel, and PPT's for their meetings or data in their day to day life. These are the set of people favoured and are saved just because they come from a particular community as the management) 3. Organisation over hires and spoil the career of their employees. 4. One of their recruiter who is a right hand of the management over commits and always use fake information about the company to convince the candidate. 5. Certain confidential data is leaked by the anylatics team ( for eg. Company was laying off people and this information was supposed to be confidential, almost the entire HRC team (recruitment team only) knew about the employee names before the management could disclose it to their employees). 6. They want the best talent and don't know how to make use of that talent. 7. Awful experience with the HR partner. Laid back attitude, and they feel their the CEO of the company.
