Pros

Managing two communities has given me valuable hands-on experience in all areas of property management. I oversee daily operations, work directly with residents, coordinate maintenance and vendors, and supervise staff including an assistant manager at one of the communities. Every day is a little different, from helping residents with their needs to supporting the on-site team and keeping everything running smoothly. My regional manager is very hands-on and accessible, which makes it easier to tackle challenges and learn from their guidance. This role has helped me grow my leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills, and it’s rewarding to see the positive impact on residents and the community.

Cons

Managing two communities can sometimes be challenging, especially when issues arise at both properties on the same day. Balancing resident needs, staff support, and operational responsibilities requires strong time management.

Pros

Great training, Great people to work with. They want the best for their employees and want them to grow within the company.

Cons

No negatives for me. It is a smaller company compared to some of the other giant property management companies around.
