      Working here has been a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management and resident relations. The role allows you to build strong communication and problem-solving skills while working directly with residents and handling daily operations. The team works hard to maintain the community and keep things running smoothly. It’s also a good environment to learn about compliance, service coordination, and community management.

      Cons

      Like most property management roles, the workload can be busy at times, especially during peak periods. However, the experience gained from handling different situations with residents and vendors helps you grow professionally.

      Pros

      Great training, Great people to work with. They want the best for their employees and want them to grow within the company.

      Cons

      No negatives for me. It is a smaller company compared to some of the other giant property management companies around.
