      The Corporate team like upper management is great

      The upper management doesn’t ever communicate with employees And let the un-experienced properly managers have to much power of their employees’ and Maintenance Supervisors.

      Pros

      Great training, Great people to work with. They want the best for their employees and want them to grow within the company.

      Cons

      No negatives for me. It is a smaller company compared to some of the other giant property management companies around.
