Pros
The company has an amazing culture and truly feels like a family. There's not really politics on the corporate level and you don't feel like a number. You truly feel your voice is heard. The work/life balance is definitely here, which can sometimes be hard to find in property management. It is a smaller company but it's growing, which is exciting to see. There is also growth opportunity.
Cons
Employer 401K contribution is low. If I were to change anything, it would be that.
