      The pay is above minimum.

      Cons

      It was unorganized. Management was lazy and wanted you to do your work and theirs as well. Wanted you to work everyday with no overtime available. Verbal abuse was regular in the atmosphere. No room for growth.

      Pros

      Great training, Great people to work with. They want the best for their employees and want them to grow within the company.

      Cons

      No negatives for me. It is a smaller company compared to some of the other giant property management companies around.
