      Good working environment (in IT department) Very good local manager that challenges and gives you opportunity to grow, and get additional responsibilities.

      Cons

      Upper management seams slightly disconnected from reality and don't seam to understand what is needed in order to provide good overall support. It feels that saving money is more important than to be able to provide good support for our customers

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
