      Company with great potential, but weird managers - Rollout Engineer Atlas Copco Group Employee Review

      Pros

      There are multiple departments out of which, some are actually very good.

      Cons

      CTIS management is horrible. They speak during interviews and specify in the contracts the bonuses, but when the time comes for them, they set annual goals impossible to achieve and then they cut out the bonuses. Furthermore, they pride on offices interior designs instead of allowing people to work from home for better productivity. Current local manager makes the environment feel like a communist dictatorship instead of a friendly environment.

      Good company, good culture overall

      Cons

      Pay could be less than the market, though not too low. Work life balance does cover some of that gap

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
