      Pros

      Pay, Floor employees were mostly solid

      Cons

      Hours will constantly change, even during your shift. Management seemed to think no one had a life outside of work and that we would much rather spend all of our time working. It's always super hot on the floor, they will watch your breaks like hawks. Also don't spend anytime just standing around and talking, better always be working.

      Compensation and equity feel a bit below top-of-market for certain roles, and promotions can move slower than expected with criteria that aren’t always crystal clear.
