Pros

One of the best things about working for Atlas is the family work culture. I can tell that the company not only cares about my performance but also my personal well being. Our CEO goes above and beyond to let us know that we are important to him

Cons

One downside is the workload. Some employees must wear many hats at a time and that can be a little overwhelming. However, Atlas is such a great company to work for that you don't mind pitching in or taking up extra tasks when required. The main reason I wrote any con is because it was a required field.

Work-Life balance is very important and sometimes it can be challenging juggling all priorities but support is there so do not hesitate to ask for it when needed!
