Flexible working hours and death in service insurance

Cons

Absolutely toxic bullying. It’s so tragic all they have is very rude management, harmful and manipulative; their arrogance has no limits. For candidates still considering, better turn around as you’ll soon realise their technology is stuck in the 90s. My experience was so humiliating.

I am surprised to read this review because our software development team has been awarded "Excellent" in the anonymous Best Companies survey completed in March 2024. The survey covers: the company, leadership, my manager, my team, personal growth, fair deal and giving something back. We don't accept bullying or rude behaviour. The work is pretty easy & straightforward, coworkers make it enjoyable. The company has events for employees, plus being able to work from home is a definite perk!

Cons

Unless your really into leak detection or pipelines I do not recommend staying long for the followingreasons. Promotions are capped. Pay is low without bonuses. The company is very unprofessional which leads to disorganization, it permeates the workplace culture, fostering a toxic environment reminiscent of a high school clique. Senior staff and management assert dominance by belittling and ostracizing lower-ranking employees. They make attack your race, appearances, or lack of knowledge/experience. This behavior not only impedes effective management but also perpetuates a cycle of drama that makes the office environment unbearable.

However we do pay quarterly bonus and year end bonus, and our most recent anonymous survey indicates that our pay in the US is competitive.
