Cons
Infrequent, small raises don't keep up with rising cost of expensive medical benefits. Have never met my manager, scant communication outside of the North America calls discussing the general bird's eye view of what's going on, large sales, company acquisitions, financial % change over prior years. Most recent communication came just days before Christmas asking employees to work two days for free by the end of the year, or use two days of PTO unpaid to preserve bonuses and prevent additional furlough, rollback of recent salary increase or layoffs. Thousands of North America employees ended up giving up the two days of pay.
