Good and hard working employees---Very weak executive and middle management - Project Manager Atos Employee Review

The North American operations is a complete disappointment. Management lacks the vision and ability to motivate the employees. Too many managers are in over their heads and care more about not looking foolish rather than supporting their employees. The issue of the people causing the problems are the ones who think they can fix them, is resulting in not much getting better.
