Pros
1.As a fresher it is good you can wander in one project to other. 2. No other good thing.No events, partiality and dirty politics. 3. Onsite is there but for only politics. Too much partiality.
Cons
1. HR and Higher management will not listen you. 2. No sense policy as you have to work 18 month in one project. 3. No allowance for extra work, No chance to growth. 4. Bad managers, and TL's , Blind Managment. 5.Unnecessary working for 9 + hours
