1. Some good projects to have good exposure for freshers 2. Excellent infrastructure, the best in Pune i can say 3. Good chances of onsite if you have got good project luckily 4. Multiple technology platforms and wide variety of domains to work on
Cons
1. 9 hrs swipe-in swipe-out policy sometimes give feel of jail 2. appraisals are not upto the mark 3. management needs to be improved 4. somehow far from main city
