Other employees - we're all in the same situation. Good people work there!
Cons
They are all about the money. Rent raises 8 to 10% to residents every year so that old residents are often paying more than the new move ins, but company cries poor when it comes to paying staff. You're lucky to get 1 or 2 % annually. They are totally sales oriented and pay the sales staff well, but work salaried employees 60+ hours per week!
