      Good learning experience for those looking to become a recruiter or interested in an entry level sales - what to do and what not to do.

      Cons

      Very political, no growth - just a bunch of title changes. Lot of favoritism and a lack of comradery between different teams. CEO rarely involved.

      Long contracts with companies when they are able to find them

      Cons

      Too many changes when it comes to talent reps. Be careful or you’ll get stuck with a rep who doesn’t reach out to you and forgets that you exist.
