Employees are appreciated by the organization recognizing employee's via publicly in monthly publications, picnics, and many other avenue if recognition. The organization is truly on the cutting edge of technology and CHS is always wanting to go above and beyond.
Cons
CHS could review their leadership ratio for minority above the AVP level to see if diversity is truly equal as well as in the compensation for the AVP and above.
