Pros
Highly successful, fast-growing and dynamic healthcare system based in a rapidly changing urban center. Multiple facilities and practices in which to work. Employee development is a priority and opportunities for growth abound. New CEO is bringing more employee-centered thinking to the system.
Cons
Like many large companies, less-than-excellent managers are allowed to remain in place. Bonus structure affects management decisions to too high a degree.
