Cons
Horrible health benefits!!!!! You end up paying a lot of out of pocket expenses for copays, prescriptions, & premiums! They need to upgrade their technology (PCs, software, WIFI connection, etc). Work processes are not efficient (its 2018, not 1985!). Some of the coworkers have been there for many years and don't know about current HR ethics and laws. They make discriminatory remarks and get away with it because other coworkers are afraid to speak up due to retaliation. People think since its a healthcare organization that its a good company to work for but don't be fooled....you find out the truth after you become employed! They constantly get sued for a reason!
