      Pros

      Most of the staff are good. I had a great boss.

      Cons

      The company as a whole has gone downhill. The organization feels like chaos. Due to downsizing prior to and during the pandemic the company lost alot of experienced employees. Also, middle management and some departments are too lean on staff. I feel they are burning good employees out.

      Poor practice management; does not understand the needs of the population we are serving and offering innovative solutions is shot down to just follow status quo
